ICE is a young, independent company specialising in the design and delivery of controlled environments such as high-end laboratories and pharma and biotech facilities.
Although ICE was founded in 2025, our team has extensive experience delivering technically complex and highly regulated projects.
We work according to an integrated Design & Build approach, aligning engineering, construction and execution from day one. This enables us to deliver environments that are not only compliant at handover, but also operationally performant and ready for audit or validation.
To manage our projects end-to-end, we are looking for a Project Manager Controlled Environments.
Your role at ICE
As Project Manager Controlled Environments, you are fully responsible for the realisation of our projects from start to finish.
You manage the entire process — from preparation through execution, commissioning and handover — while safeguarding planning, budget, quality, safety and compliance.
You coordinate all involved disciplines and ensure that construction works, technical installations and operational requirements align seamlessly. You work closely with experienced technical experts who contribute to concept choices, feasibility and long-term performance.
You maintain oversight and ensure everything comes together in a project that works — technically, organisationally and operationally.
For clients, partners and internal teams, you are the central point of contact who keeps control and is prepared to take decisions.
This is not a role for someone who merely follows up.
It is for someone who takes responsibility, thinks ahead and wants to deliver projects that continue to work in practice.
