ICE is a young, independent company specialising in the design and delivery of controlled environments such as cleanrooms and laboratories.
We combine many years of experience with a fresh, thoughtful and pragmatic approach. Through an integrated Design & Build model, we bring together concept, engineering, execution and handover into projects that are technically sound, work in practice and continue to perform over the long term.

We are growing and are looking for people who know their craft, take ownership and want to help build an organisation where freedom, trust and expertise are central.

Our projects are driven by a range of roles — from technical experts to project leads — who collectively take responsibility from concept through to acceptance.
