Although ICE was founded in 2025, our team brings many years of experience in engineering, project execution and the operation of high-tech environments.
We work according to an integrated Design & Build approach, where design, engineering, execution and aftercare form one coherent whole. This allows us to make well-considered decisions — for today and with the full life cycle of installations in mind.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Expert Controlled Environments.
Your role at ICE
As Senior Expert Controlled Environments, you are the technical and strategic link between engineering, project execution and service.
Your role is not traditionally hands-on, but rather guiding, challenging and strengthening.
You safeguard the technical feasibility, reliability and maintainability of our installations — from concept through to operation. Thanks to your experience, you quickly identify where design and reality reinforce each other or create tension, and you help teams make better, more sustainable choices.
You act as a sparring partner for engineers, project managers and management, and contribute to building standards, knowledge and solutions that continue to work in the long term.
You look beyond today’s project and help shape how ICE conceives, delivers and maintains projects — now and in the future.
This role is for someone who wants to have an impact on how things are designed and realised.
Not for those who prefer to operate strictly within a fixed framework.
